I had a quick look at Midland library on Thursday evening. Everyone 
seemed busy so I didn't bother them. The library doesn't seem to have 
a large anime/manga presence. All I saw was the rather good "Girl who 
leapt through time" DVD. Also not clear where stalls would be put up.
